Our process starts with your plot and a brief, and ends with keys — four to six months later, through six stages that each have a date attached.
Design & Approve
Site analysis, 3D concept development and structural engineering, through to Municipality submission. You receive a site analysis, exterior concept, floor plans, material palette and an indicative price before anything is committed.
Stages 01–02 · 5–6 weeks
Manufacture & Deliver
Frame, panels and services are produced under factory quality control with fixed hold-point inspections, then delivered to site in modular sections. Weather, humidity and dust never touch the build.
Stages 03–04 · 7–9 weeks
Install & Hand Over
On-site assembly and MEP connection, then final finishes and snagging. You receive a handover pack, warranties, as-built drawings and O&M documentation.
