THE APPROACH

Planned for the household. Coordinated for the neighbourhood.

Private entrances. Open living spaces.
Bedrooms above.

A repeatable structural module creates a clear starting point for a development, while entrances, terraces, facades and interiors give each home its own character. The plan starts with how families use the space.

Factory production brings the unit schedule, finishes and services into a coordinated programme. Shared infrastructure, access and phased occupation are planned at community level, alongside the individual home.

WHAT’S PLANNED IN

A home that works.
A development that repeats.

01

Open living on the ground floor

Living, dining and kitchen spaces connect to a rear terrace. Entrances, storage and service spaces are coordinated around family routines.

02

Private rooms on the upper floor

The illustrated three-bedroom plan includes a master ensuite, family bathroom and balcony. Two- and four-bedroom variants can be developed.

03

Repeatable modules, considered facades

A consistent structural logic supports production efficiency, with facade proportions, materials and details selected for the community.

04

Shared infrastructure, planned early

Party-wall assemblies, utility routes, parking and landscape interfaces are resolved alongside the unit design and authority submission.

05

A phased route to occupancy

A delivery sequence can be developed around the masterplan. Each phase depends on completed access, services and the relevant approvals.

06

Batch pricing for the unit schedule

Projects of 20 or more homes can be priced as a coordinated programme. Scope, repetition and specification determine the cost benefit.
